It is difficult to give a precise price, as it depends on the condition of the book, its format, the type of binding requested (Bradelor traditional binding), the materials used (leather, marbled paper) and any gilding. For a half-leather binding with corners in chagrin and handmade paper, it is necessary to count between 120€ and 150€, for a more basic binding (basane and mechanical papers) between 80€ and 100€.
In leather, there is a classic distinction between basane,  chagrin and maroquin.. I do a lot of buffalo binding.
